• Childhood experiences where taking risks was punished, ridiculed, or met with harsh consequences.
• Family beliefs that emphasized safety, stability, or playing by the rules over following passions or taking chances.
• Ancestral patterns of fear-based survival, where risk-taking was dangerous or discouraged.

How to Clear It:

• Start by taking small, calculated risks in low-stakes situations to build confidence.
• Focus on shifting your mindset from fear of failure to viewing failure as a learning experience.
• Practice self-empowerment techniques like affirmations, visualization, or connecting with your inner strength.

• Reflect on a time when you took a risk and the outcome was better than expected. What did you learn from that experience?
